The scientific research authority of the ministry of higher education and scientific research in corporation with Sudan Academy of Sciences organized a training course in the field of measuring Indicators of Science, Technology and Innovation from 26th to 29th of November 2017. The course was opened in the main hall of the ministry .the session was attended by experts from the Egyptian observatory for Science, Technology and innovation the course aimed to train Sudanese staff to and share their experience with the scientific observatory mechanism.
